How much does a repair cost?
How long does a repair take?
A normal repair takes 1.5 hrs.
More complex breaks can take a little longer.
Do I have to make an appointment?
We now operate on a “drop off” appointment basis, since the on set of Covid 19.
This system helps ensure social distancing, minimal contact and discretion.
Firstly a new client should call to make a drop off appointment, which involves placing their broken denture into an envelope or bag, with their contact details and name.
Then this is deposited into our BLUE DROP OFF BOX outside the lab. Upon receipt we will acknowledge and arrange collection 1.5 hours later.
How do I pay?
You can pay by card or cash upon collection.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Our aim is to repair the denture back to it’s original position before it was broken. Ill fitting dentures break more regularly, we do normally add a mesh strengthener to a repair, which helps with strengthening but not the fit.
Do you provide New Dentures, Relines and Adjustments?
No, you should seek help and advice from your Dentist or Dental professional.

Yes, but in your car on the street.
Or in better weather you can wait in our private garden.
Passing the 1.5hrs – are there things to do nearby?
There are local Asda. Aldi , McDonalds, KFC, Pubs, Costa Coffee, Parks, Walk on the TransPennine Trail. Etc.
Is there Wheelchair Access?
Yes the lab is fully accessible.
Can I post my broken dentures?
Yes, all the same process applies, but we will charge a return fee on top of the repair. Please include your return details and always send Special Delivery.
